Selling Sunset is officially back and quite possibly better than ever, with its eighth season landing on Netflix late last week. As well as all our favourite cast members returning with more outrageous outfits, more luxury properties to sell and plenty of shady drama, we were also introduced to the Oppenheim Group's latest agent Alanna Gold.
Alanna was introduced to viewers in episode one of the season, and appears to have been taken under Brett's wing, helping him with the development of one of the properties he's working on. She's kept herself mainly out of the drama so far and introduced the group to her favourite town Pioneertown during a cast trip.
But what else is there to know about Alanna Gold? Here's all your essential info.
What is Alanna's age?
Alanna is 32 years old.
Where is Alanna from?
Alanna is originally from Canada, and grew up in a town called Nobleton, on the outskirts of Toronto.
For college Alanna headed to Ontario Tech University where she received a Bachelors degree in Health Science, and she was originally planning to be a vet, despite being allergic to animals.
"I was going to university and I got discovered for modelling in the middle of it,” she said during an interview with People. “I took the opportunity because I'm actually allergic to animals, so that was not a good path for me.”
She also has a Digital Marketing certificate from Cornell University.
What is Alanna's career history?
Before heading into real estate, Alanna worked as a model with jobs across the world and lived in New York for five years. She ended up moving to Los Angeles after falling in love with the city after a modelling job.
She began her real estate career in 2021, with a two year stint at Westside Estate Agency in Malibu, before moving to the Oppenheim Group in November 2023.

Who is Alanna Gold's husband?
Alanna is married to Adam Gold, who works in marketing and currently is the managing director for new members club Living Room, which is set to open later this year.
Alanna and Adam tied the knot in 2022 in a desert ceremony at their favourite place Pioneertown.
What's the situation with Pioneertown?
During the series, one of Alanna's main plot points was her love for and alleged ownership of Pioneertown, a small town in the desert, that was originally a film set.
However, since the release of the series in which Alanna claimed she owned the entire town, the town's people have now set the record straight clarifying that Alanna and Adam own less than one per cent of the town.
Alanna then wrote an open letter apologising for the misinformation she shared on Selling Sunset, and confirmed she doesn't own the town.
"I want to reach out to personally say I am so deeply sorry for the confusion I have caused. I certainly do not own Pioneertown, I never should have said that and I apologise for doing so. I want you to know that I did not mean any harm, I absolutely love Pioneertown and I simply got too excited talking about it," she wrote.
