This is the new version with the toy motor. It vibrates less and breaks easily.
I'd go for the diamond clean (or the optimal clean if you don't need the bells and whistles)

If you don't see the "62000 brush movement/min" claim on Philips website, it's the new version. Yay sh**flation.

These new slim design ones are a joke. Weak motor and require frequent recharging.

I have been using as 4100 series for 3+ years and like it a lot better the the old fat style. I charge it on Saturdays and use Diamond Clean brush heads from Costco. So, I recommend this.

Bought my 4100 on 4/20/22.

Holds a charge all week (I usually toss it on the charger once/week).

On/off button is falling apart, though it still works.

Motor vibration is good and does a great job cleaning my teeth.

Who's going to do mail in rebate for $5? Just wait for a normal discount, but $30 is already a great deal imo.

I've seen on here a long time ago about which heads are considered the best.
Can I ask which electric toothbrush is best with what heads?

Second to this. Got one and it feels like only the handle is vibrating, not the brush.

My on off button is falling apart too, I think water got inside because mine stopped working today when the button really came apart.

I've had two of these each for about 2 years, and I don't care about brand loyalty. That being said, I got the Oral-B last year and its miles ahead of this. This brush seemed to never clean all the grits off my back teeth. I tried different brush heads and still nothing. Maybe the more expensive version is better, but this brush is not it

Agreed. Got an oral b io a month ago and it's much better. Feels like I hadn't even been brushing. Switched from a sonicare diamond clean.
